Tilemaster thermal substrate boards are a multi purpose tilebacker board that are composed of a extruded polystyrene core, glass fibre reinforcing mesh and a unique, cement based, flexible mortar. The cement coating provides excellent strength and resistance to the boards making them perfect for use in construction environments. Thermal substrate boards are crucial in the fitting of underfloor heating as well as making the whole system more efficient and effective. The boards are water resistant and therefore ideal for use in areas subject to permanent or prolonged water immersion.
